3. Your website have Ringgit Malaysia and USD currency selection option, which currency should I choose ?
If you are located in Malaysia, Malaysian Ringgit currency should be selected.
For overseas customer, USD is your payment option.
4. Why some of your products do not have “Add to Cart” icon to click on for purchase?
The “Add to Cart” is a software default setting appeared when the product is available for sale.
5. If I want to make a pre order when “Add to Cart’ is not available, what should I do?
Send an email to po@ultimateshine.com.my on your wish to buy products’ url (web page) links, indicate your order quantity. We will send you an email advise you on the waiting period and immediately upon stock available.
6. How do you deliver my order ?
We appointed PosLaju (POS Office Malaysia) for domestic and International delivery.
However, we reserve our rights to deliver your products via another service providers at no extra cost to you.
7. How long does it take to deliver my products?
Your order will be delivered within 2 working days after receiving your payment.
For shipping address in Malaysia via PosLaju
Klang Valley - on the same day or next day delivery
Peninsula Malaysia - next day delivery.
Sabah, Labuan and Sarawak - next day delivery.
International - 2 to 4 days
